Suzanne Diprose - Director

Suzanne Diprose founded Performance Advantage with an aim to optimise organisational performance in small to medium business and community organisations. With over 20 years senior management experience in the corporate and welfare sectors Suzanne’s focus is on leadership, staff development, HR systems and processes.

Suzanne utilizes a mix of contemporary business models and methodologies that enhance the work environment, organisational performance and profitability.

Danielle Rollings - HR Consultant

Danielle Rollings joined the Performance Advantage team in 2020 and has solid career background that includes recruitment for a broad range of industries, training and development, and wider staff entitlements and payroll functions.

Her career includes Human Resource functions in complex environments, including the freight and transport industry, the health sector and local government.

She brings skills in recruitment, structuring staff entitlement packages, training development and provision, Human Resources coordination, OH&S and compliance – for which she has a range of relevant qualifications. Her understanding and knowledge offer our team and businesses valuable understanding and models that apply to a range of HR circumstances.

Michelle Laws - HR Administrator

Michelle is the Performance Advantage team’s top gun in managing the administration for the Human Resources services we provide to businesses.

Her understanding of small business operations and administration provides our team and clients with practical and appropriate solutions. Her pace of work is exceptional, which allows a fast response to client needs.

With a range of qualifications in business, creative IT platforms and event planning her knowledge and skills base right in line for the needs of small business and Human Resources challenges.

Maria Lacey

Maria Lacey is a Level Two Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association who supports clients through difficult times of overwhelm, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-doubt, lack of clarity and momentum. With twenty-two years’ experience within the health and wellbeing industry and originally holding management positions in corporate IT, you can feel confident knowing you have someone with experience and compassion who will listen and guide you.

Christine Roberts – Training and Development

Christine has been a senior educator for most of her extensive career. She is taking her education experience and is now focussed on developing training for business in a range of HR related topics, and quality control for Performance Advantage documentation (who better than a teacher to do this!?).

Bonnie Knight – Administration

Bonnie is one of our freshest recruits, joining the Performance Advantage to head up our Performance Labour Hire activities. Bonnie’s previous roles were front facing roles across a wide range of industries. She excels at administration, planning and execution of events and leadership of teams. Bonnie has grown professionally to be able to add value to our team with her networking skills and many connections. She is very keen to help people both in this role and as a long-term volunteer at Bridge Builders Youth Charity. She is currently doing a tertiary qualification in business. Bonnie loves people, is passionate about her role and supporting businesses and people find each other! Call her anytime to discuss labour hire…
