At Performance Advantage, we are committed to providing high-quality HR templates and expert consulting services to help your business thrive. Because our products and services differ in nature, please review our policy regarding refunds and returns below.
1. Downloadable HR Templates
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of downloadable HR templates, forms, and documents are final. Once a file has been purchased and the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Exceptions & Assistance: We understand that mistakes can happen. If you believe you have purchased a template in error, or if you experience technical difficulties with your download, please contact us immediately.
- Downloaded in error: If you intended to purchase a different product or purchased the same item twice, please call or email us. While we generally do not offer refunds once a file is downloaded, we may, at our sole discretion, provide assistance or offer a credit toward the correct product.
- Technical Issues: If a file is corrupt or does not function as described, we will work with you to provide a corrected version or alternative solution.
2. Consulting Services
Our consulting services are charged on a project-specific or hourly basis as outlined in your individual Service Agreement.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a consulting session or project, please provide notice as per the terms of your signed agreement.
- Refunds: Fees for consulting hours already performed or project milestones already completed are non-refundable.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- To cancel your service contract with us; and
- To a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
